At NeuroGrow, we are committed to keeping you safe and healthy amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Per CDC and Governor Northam’s guidelines, we have instituted the following practices:
- Patients and Staff are required to wear masks
- Staff members have their temperature checked every morning
- Patients will have their temperature checked at either the front desk or by their brain coach
- In an effort to comply with CDC social distancing guidelines, we will no longer allow parents or family members to wait in our waiting rooms while a patient is receiving treatment
- If you are/were recently experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, please call the office and we will reschedule your appointment
According to the CDC, people with COVID-19 have had a wide range of symptoms reported – ranging from mild symptoms to severe illness. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. People with these symptoms may have COVID-19:
- Fever or chills
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Fatigue
- Muscle or body aches
- Headache
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting
- Diarrhea
